What's the MediaTech SPRINT?

One workshop day, four Challenge Owner, 20 + Co-Creator and a unique setting for cutting-edge audiovisual technology: With an interdisciplinary approach MediaTech SPRINT is all about promising (technology-) solutions for the audiovisual industry and bringing together a diverse range of experts and companies from the European audiovisual sector as well as from the creative and tech industries.

The MediaTech SPRINT is organized by the Creative Europe Desk Berlin-Brandenburg in cooperation with the Creative Europe Desks in Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany (Munich & NRW), Italy, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain (Catalonia) and Sweden. Hosted by the MediaTech Hub Conference in Potsdam

In 2018, the one-day innovation workshop was launched as joint initiative of MEDIA Desk Berlin-Brandenburg and MediaTech Hub Conference, supported by Erwin Schmidt, Producer/Innovation Expert/Co-Founder, Cinemathon International. With the help of a group of Creative Europe MEDIA Desks across Europe and experienced senior business consultants like Juliane Schulze, the format and method was developed further to create most benefit for each participant – the “Challenge Owner” companies and the “Co-Creator” experts.

Let's SPRINT again!

We’re excited to bring the next MediaTech SPRINT to Potsdam this fall – so mark your calendars and spread the word! 

What’s it all about? The MediaTech SPRINT is a one-day innovation workshop on October 1. 

4 companies from the European audiovisual industry (“Challenge Owner”) will bring real business challenges to the table and tackle them with interdisciplinary experts (“Co-Creators”) in an intensive, hands-on SPRINT.

Expect fresh perspectives, creative and collaborative energy and a strong focus on new business challenges in a curated context! The SPRINT process will be facilitated by Juliane Schulze, a senior financing and business consultant.

The MediaTech SPRINT takes place as part of the mth – MediaTech Hub Conference in Potsdam (September 29 /30). All participants are invited to attend the conference and will receive a free ticket.
