Business Model Strategy Lead at news-polygraph

Konstanze Neumann is a seasoned R&D leader with deep expertise in AI-driven startup ecosystems. As Co-founder and COO of delphai, a B2B AI search engine startup, she played a key role in scaling the company and ultimately led it through a strategic exit in 2024. The acquisition by the publicly listed U.S. software firm Intapp marked a pivotal milestone, transitioning the Berlin-based startup into the heart of the Silicon Valley tech landscape.

Following the acquisition, Konstanze joined Intapp as Director of R&D Operations, where she now oversees global innovation teams and fosters cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

She holds dual Master’s degrees—an MA in Social Sciences from Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Prior to founding delphai, she worked as a researcher on big data innovation at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society and helped build the startup database at Gründerszene, Germany’s leading online magazine covering the digital economy.
