Sonja Köpke

Sonja Köpke is Managing Director of the Future Skills Alliance e.V. She is a qualified teacher who previously worked at Teach First Deutschland - an organization dedicated to educational equity and part of the international Teach For All network. She spent twelve years with the organization, most recently serving as its CEO. Additionally, she was appointed as an expert advisor to the North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament’s commission of inquiry on "Equal Opportunities in Education" until the end of 2025.
