Josephine Kittner

Josephine Kittner is SVP Content Strategy, Discovery and Analytics at RTL+ and a member of the RTL+ Streaming Leadership Team. She is responsible for content and business strategy for RTL+, overseeing content portfolio strategy, content discovery, analytics and metadata. She also drives strategic initiatives across the streaming business, including content licensing and commercial partnerships, using data-driven insights to optimize audience engagement and business performance.

Before joining RTL+, Josephine held content strategy, finance and analytics roles at Netflix across EMEA and DACH. She previously worked in M&A and Strategic Investment Management at Axel Springer and Deutsche Bahn, and holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics.
