Jeannine Koch

A Berlin native, Koch has been Chairwoman and CEO of medianet berlinbrandenburg, a network association for the media, creative, and digital industries, since January 2021. Previously, as Director of re:publica Berlin, she was responsible for numerous national and international conferences on social change and digitalization. Before that, she spent six years as Head of Marketing and Communications for the International Garden Exhibition Berlin. She holds a degree in Media Consulting and is a certified systemic business coach. She also studied International Communications in Sydney, Australia, as well as English and American Studies, Modern German Philology, and Media Consulting in Berlin. In 2022, she founded the "People & Culture Festival" in Berlin, which was held for the fourth time in 2025 with approximately 2.000 participants.
